Attic Insulation

Properly installed attic insulation is one of the easiest and most cost effective ways to significantly reduce your electricity and heating bills. As much as 30% of your homes heat is lost through your attic and roof, so if you don't have an attic with insulation installed then you are just burning your money for heat.

Raised Attic Flooring

As a part of our attic insulation service, we can also install raised OSB board flooring, providing you with significant additional home storage space. Raising the boards above your insulation means that your attic insulation does not get compressed, reducing its effectiveness.

Tank and Pipe Insulation

Making sure your attic water tanks and pipes are properly insulated, is incredibly important, especially if you have a ‘cold roof’ system. Insulating pipes and tanks prevent freezing and will reduce heat loss ensuring your hot water heats up quicker and stays hotter for longer saving you money.

Roof Ventilation

We can also install roof tile vents in your roof, to help prevent excessive condensation buildup and prevent rot and mould issues.

SEAI Attic Insulation Grant Assistance

Insulate Your Attic have assisted countless home owners in the Greater Dublin area to apply for and receive the SEAI Attic Insulation Grant to help them cover the costs of their attic insulation installation.

Insulate Your Attic is owned and operated by Christopher Keane, a QQI level 5 Retrofit Insulation Skills graduate from the National Construction Training Centre. He also holds a Bachelors of Commerce (Hons) from UCD.
